栾生,男,1978年12月生人,山东潍坊,中共党员,于2006年06月获中国海洋大学海洋生物学专业博士学位,现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所育种室副主任、研究员,获聘第六届全国水产原种与良种审定委员会委员、中国水产科学研究院学术委员会委员、中国水产学会水产生物技术与遗传育种专业委员会委员等。
主要从事水产遗传育种等方面的研究,利用高通量表型、基因型等多组学数据,开展育种方案规划、育种目标制定、性状测试、遗传评估、优化选种和配种等研究。
