一、基本信息（400字以内）

王伟继，男，1972年5月，研究生学历，博士。研究员。主要研究方向为大菱鲆遗传育种及渔业资源评估。

主要研究成果：

大菱鲆良种培育：牵头团队历经 5 个世代选育，目标性状生长、存活率累计遗传进展分别达 21.20%、11.76%；良种较普通商品苗生长速度、存活率分别提升 29.80%、16.49% 以上。以第一完成人制定青岛市地方标准 1 项，推广良种苗种超千万尾，在北方主产区开展多年中试与生产比对；大菱鲆 “鲆丰 1 号” 2024 年启动新品种申报。同步开展抗迟缓爱德华氏菌选育，已完成 2 个世代。该良种适配多种养殖模式，成活率高、效益突出，提振养殖从业者信心，提升良种覆盖率。

渔业资源评估：牵头建立中国对虾分子标记放流评估、eDNA 渔业资源评估两套技术体系，成果鉴定达国际先进水平，现已成为国内沿海增殖放流评估主推技术，应用于中国对虾、许氏平鲉等多个增殖物种，eDNA 技术也常态化用于近海、远海资源调查。新技术弥补传统方法短板，在灵敏度、成本、实操性及生态友好性上优势明显，开辟了资源评估新方向，生态与产业效益突出。

近年来主持包括十四五重点研发项目子课题在内的各类项目、课题合计34项，总经费960余万元。
