孟宪亮，博士，研究员。2012年毕业于中国海洋大学，获理学博士学位。攻读博士学位期间，于美国斯坦福大学联合培养。现为中国海洋大学、上海海洋大学、江苏海洋大学、青岛科技大学等高校硕士研究生导师。主要从事甲壳动物遗传育种、生理生态学研究。

主持科研项目10余项，包括：国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划子课题1项、中国水产科学研究院基本科研业务费重点项目课题1项等；作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划、国家现代农业产业技术体系等项目10余项已发表研究论文30余篇，以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇；参编专著2部，其中英文1部；授权国家发明专利10余项（第一发明人6项），实用新型专利1项（第一发明人）；获批软件著作权2项（第一完成1项）；作为研究骨干，培育三疣梭子蟹国审新品种2个；制定农业行业标准1项。
