张晓雯，女，1981年3月生人，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员，上海海洋大学、青岛科技大学等兼职硕士生导师。
主要从事藻类生物学功能研究，包括藻类功能组学、基因生态学、代谢调控机制研究等。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、藻类产业技术体系岗位科学家、农业农村部第一次全国水产养殖种质资源调查课题、山东省重点研究计划、山东省面上基金等项目。在Nature ecology & evolution、Nature Communications等期刊发表学术期刊论文100余篇，其中第一作者论文11篇（SCI 9篇，JCR 1区7篇），并列第一作者2篇，通讯作者SCI文章2篇；副主编专著1部，参编专著2部。授权国家发明专利8项（第一完成人1项），获得海洋局海洋工程科学技术奖（5）、海洋局海洋科学技术奖（4，12）、中国水产科学研究院科技进步一等奖（2，5，9）和二等奖（3）、中国水产科学研究院大渔创新奖（5）等奖励8项。。
