汪文俊，女，1979年8月生人，于2008年6月获中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员，博士后合作导师，中国海洋大学、中国农科院、上海海洋大学、青岛理工大学、浙江海洋大学、大连海洋大学、江苏海洋大学等兼职硕士生导师。
从事藻类学研究及海水养殖标准化工作，承担国家、省部级项目（课题）20余项，包括：国家重点研发计划课题，国家藻类产业技术体系离岸式养殖岗位，国家自然科学基金面上项目，山东省农业良种工程项目，山东省重点研发计划项目，科技部基础条件平台建设项目子课题，国家及水产行业标准制修订项目等。发表论文100余篇，其中第一/通讯作者36篇(SCI +EI 22篇)。参编专著3部，主持起草国家标准1项、水产行业标准2项，参与起草国家标准2项、水产行业标准8项。获授权国家发明专利15项（第一发明人5项）、实用新型专利9项（第一发明人5项）。获评2019年度山东水产学会最美水产科技工作者，2017年度山东省海洋与渔业青年科技奖。获成果奖励8次，分别为国家海洋局海洋科技创新成果奖一等奖、海洋技术奖二等奖，教育部科技进步奖一等奖，中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步奖二等奖，山东省海洋与渔业科技奖二等奖，水科院科技进步奖三等奖。
