Research interests:The functionality of genes involved in sex determination process of half smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis),e.g.female-specific genes, spermatogenesis-related genes. The employed methods include Real-time PCR, FISH, Western blot,Immunohistochemistryetc..
