Achievement Introduction:

In this study it has been found that eliminating enemy organisms thoroughly and maintain high quality of larval rearing water were two important links and the larval bait was the key factor, which could significantly improve the larval production under artificial rearing condition. With regard to the intensive and high-yield culture technology for shrimp, a set of measures, including silt removal, rational stocking, scientific feeding and water quality regulation, were established to significantly improve the larval production rate, with 8265 kg/ha of maximal yield. As to the artificial diet mixture for shrimp, which is based on nutrients requirement, the growth rate of shrimp fed artificial diet mixture achieved >70-80% in comparison with that of shrimp fed fresh shellfish diet.
