邱亮，男，1991年2月生人，于2018年6月获上海海洋大学水产养殖专业博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所助理研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事甲壳动物流行病与防控方面的研究，现任亚太水产养殖中心网（NACA）十足目虹彩病毒1感染指定专家，期刊Animal Research and One Health (AROH)副主任青年编委。获得中华人民共和国执业兽医师资格证书，2020年度“黄海青年人才奖”，中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”青年英才培育对象。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金一等资助、山东省博士后创新项目、农业农村部重点实验室开放课题重大课题、黄海水产研究所基本科研业务费等课题。参与国家重点研发计划专项、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目和山东省“健康海洋”技术创新工程专项等项目。发表学术论文27篇，其中SCI论文15篇，授权国家发明专利1项，参编专著15部，主笔或参与制定水产行业标准5项、检验检疫行业标准1项。
