常青，博士，水科院黄海水产研究所研究员、硕导。主要从事海水动物营养生理、营养饲料、营养免疫学和环境营养学等方面的研究。承担国家“863”课题、国家自然科学基金、国际合作项目以及行业专项等多项课题研究。发表学术论文70多篇，授权发明专利8项，作为第一完成人获得山东省海洋与渔业科学技术奖三等奖等各类奖项10项。
