毛玉泽，男，1969年10月生人，于2004年6月获中国海洋大学水产养殖专业博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员，博士生导师，潍坊渔业产业技术研究院院长、中国海洋湖沼学会养殖生态学分会常务理事、山东省生态学会常务理事、青岛市生态学会秘书长；中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队“海洋渔业资源与生态环境研究团队”核心成员，山东省优秀创新团队“渔业资源与生态环境”核心成员；主持国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划和国家重点研发计划等课题20余项，发表论文100余篇（SCI 50篇），颁布行业标准4项，参编专著7部，授权发明专利11项；获山东省科技进步二等奖、浙江省科技进步二等奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖二等奖、青岛市科学技术进步二等奖、上海海洋科学技术特等奖和水科院科技进步一等奖等省部级奖励18项；获山东省优秀博士后等荣誉称号。

长期从事海水健康养殖理论与技术研究，主要研究方向为多营养层次综合养殖、养殖环境生态修复和碳汇渔业等。
