常志强,博士,研究员,硕士研究生导师,国家虾蟹产业技术体系工厂化养殖岗位科学家。
主要从事海水健康养殖模式和关键技术研究工作。作为骨干研发的“海水池塘多营养层次生态健康养殖技术”、“对虾工厂化循环水高效生态养殖技术”分别于2016、2019年被农业农村部遴选为农业主推技术,“‘参-虾(蟹)-藻’多营养层次生态养殖技术” 于2022年入选山东省农业主推技术,多项技术在我国北方沿海地区进行产业化应用和推广,取得显著经济、社会和生态效益。
先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子课题、中国水产科学研究院基本科研业务费项目等10余项。发表研究论文90余篇,主编专著1部,副主编专著1部,参编4部。获山东省科技进步一等奖1项(第6)、中国水产学会范蠡科学技术奖科技进步一等奖1项(第18)、中国水产科学研究院科学技术奖二等奖1项(第3)。
