
李吉涛,男,1978年3月生,于2007年7月获中国农业科学院动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士学位,现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所海水养殖生态与技术研究室副主任(主持工作)、研究员,博士生导师、博士后合作导师。主要从事海水虾类遗传育种与健康养殖研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、山东省重点研发计划项目1项、青岛市科技计划项目1项及中国水产科学研究院院级基本科研业务费项目等。围绕海水养殖甲壳类产业良种缺乏、养殖模式不完善等关键问题,开展“良种良法”研究,培育出国审新品种脊尾白虾“黄育1号”,参与育成中国对虾“黄海3号”新品种;建立“虾-蟹-贝-鱼”海水池塘多营养层次生态养殖和盐碱水池塘高效生态养殖等模式,为海水池塘养殖产业绿色高质量发展提供种质保障和技术支持。在Reviews in Aquaculture、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Zoological Research等国内外重要刊物发表论文160余篇(SCI收录90余篇),参编专著3部;授权国家发明专利22件;制定国家和行业标准各1项。研究成果先后获山东省科技进步一等奖、青岛市科技进步一等奖、中国水产学会范蠡科学技术奖一等奖和中国产学研科研成果创新奖等科技奖励5项。
