杜康，男，1990年11月生人，于2018年6月获中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业的博士学位；2018年至2024年间先后于德国维尔茨堡大学、美国德克萨斯州立大学大学从事博士后研究工作；现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员、硕士生导师、博士后合作导师；研究方向为：鱼类性别决定的遗传基础和演化机制。
主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）；以第一作者（含并列）、共同通讯作者在Nature、Nature Ecology & Evolution、Nature Communications、Genome Research等杂志上发表多篇论文。

主要研究内容、研究方向
物竞天择，适者生存；然而，若无法繁衍，生存便失去了演化意义。有性生殖作为主要的繁衍方式，其起源十分古老，但各物种的性别决定机制却并不保守，展现出高度的可塑性和多样性，其背后的遗传机制和演化意义尚不得知。
本人以鱼类为研究模型，从系统发育学出发，调查性染色体的起源与演化模式；结合种群基因组学手段，追踪性别决定基因与性染色体的演变过程；同时引入单细胞测序与空间转录组等技术，探究性别决定系统的遗传机制和演化规律。
研究成果将有利于演化理论的推进和水产性控育种技术的发展。
