王西西，男，博士研究生，毕业于青岛科技大学化学工程与技术专业，现为中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所博士后。研究方向为海洋生物资源开发与利用，主要从事南极磷虾、海藻等渔业资源的精深加工与综合利用技术研发、活性物质高效制备与功能评价等研究。作为科研骨干参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、山东省重点研发计划、山东省自然科学基金、山东泰山产业领军人才等科研项目十余项。发表学术论文11篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇、中文核心1篇。
