王西西，男，博士研究生，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所助理研究员。主要从事水产加工与产物资源利用研究，聚焦南极磷虾、海藻等渔业资源的精深加工与综合利用技术研发，以及活性物质高效制备与功能评价。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、山东省自然科学基金、山东泰山产业领军人才等科研项目十余项；以第一作者或共同通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇，获授权发明专利6项。
