杨敏,博士,现为中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所博士后。2020年1月获中国海洋大学食品科学专业博士学位,读博期间获国家公派出国留学资格,赴美国麻省大学阿姆赫斯特分校(University of Massachusetts, Amherst)交流学习一年。迄今为止参与国家自然基金项目2项,发表学术论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利1项。
