于源,博士,毕业于中国海洋大学水产品加工及贮藏工程专业。现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所助理研究员。作为科研骨干参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、山东省重大科技创新工程专项、鳌山科技计划等科研项目。主要研究方向为水产品加工与综合利用,科研工作聚焦海藻加工综合利用、海洋碳水化合物构效关系研究、海藻工具酶异源表达研究。开展了海藻多糖重复单元的结构解析、南极磷虾壳多糖的性质表征、褐藻色素的提取分析、海洋糖苷水解酶的高效表达等科研工作,为海洋碳水化合物的综合利用与新型海洋工具酶的开发提供崭新思路。发表学术论文15篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文6篇。以第三完成人获得中国水产科学研究院科学技术二等奖一项。
