孙慧慧,工学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,兼任山东省食品科学技术学会第四届理事。主持包括国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金、山东省自然科学基金博士基金等在内共计7项课题,并作为科研骨干参与了国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项1项。累计发表论文20余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等领域内权威期刊发表论文12篇;获授权发明专利6项,其中第一发明人4项;参编著作《海洋食品酶工程》1部。荣获神农中华农业科技奖科学研究类成果一等奖(第五完成人,2021)。
主要研究领域为微生物酶与生物催化转化在海洋食品中的应用,主要包括酶的基因发掘和高效表达,催化机制解析和理性分子改造,生化反应过程优化与调控等研究。
