徐后国,研究员,博士生导师;国家万人计划-青年拔尖人才,国家海水鱼体系“河鲀营养需求与饲料”岗位科学家;山东省泰山学者-青年专家,山东省优秀青年基金获得者,江苏省双创人才;中国水产科学研究院“海水养殖动物营养生理与代谢调控”创新团队首席科学家、“水科英才-领军人才”。
现任黄海所食品工程与营养研究室副主任。博士毕业于中国海洋大学,博士论文获评“山东省优秀博士学位论文”。于2011和2013年分别赴美国密苏里大学及美国大气与海洋管理局西北渔业科学中心作短期访问学者。现任上海海洋大学、中国海洋大学、中国农业大学、中国农业科学院、大连海洋大学、江苏海洋大学、浙江海洋大学、青岛科技大学、天津农学院及河北农业大学研究生导师。
现任《Aquaculture Nutrition》、《Aquaculture Research》及《Fishes》期刊编辑;《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》客座编辑;中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料专业委员会委员;中国水产学会生物饵料专业委员会委员;全国动物营养指导委员会水产动物营养分会秘书。
研究方向为水产营养饲料,专注于脂质代谢研究、亲体营养生理及海水鱼配合饲料开发。迄今为止,在该领域以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文70余篇(单篇最高影响因子15.135)。获国家发明专利10余项。获海洋科学技术二等奖等科技奖励4项。
