车帅，男，1989年1月生人，于2023年06月获中国海洋大学遗传学专业的博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所助理研究员。主要从事渔业资源分子生态学、海水鱼类种质资源鉴定与评价等方面的研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金；国家重点研发计划子课题；青岛市博士后基金等。发表论文20余篇，授权发明专利4项。
