丁琪，博士，副研究员。中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”拔尖人才，主要从事渔业资源经济学研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、农业农村部财政项目等。以第一作者在国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇，参编中英文专著4部。获中国水产科学研究院科学技术奖二等奖（排名1）。
