
时永强,男,1987年9月生人,于2015年7月获中国科学院大学/中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生态学专业的博士学位,现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员,上海海洋大学、大连海洋大学硕士生导师。主要从事海洋浮游动物生态、渔业资源生态等方面的研究,主持科技部科技基础资源调查专项项目、国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等项目(子课题)11项;发表论文30余篇、参编中文专著5部、授权软件著作权2项、申请国家发明专利4项;国家自然科学基金委共享航次计划项目首席科学家、中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”拔尖人才。
