孟宪红,博士,研究员。一直在科研一线从事海水养殖生物遗传育种和优良性状分子解析工作,主持国家级、省部级等各类课题、子课题23项,包括国家863课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、山东省农业良种工程项目等,累计合同经费2400余万元。获省、部级奖励5项,包括部一等奖2项(3,3),二等奖1项(3)、现为3个省、部级创新团队核心成员,第三届山东省水产原良种评审委员会委员,水科院中青年拔尖人才荣誉称号;骨干力量培育中国对虾“黄海2号”、“黄海5号”、大菱鲆“丹法鲆”及凡纳滨对虾“壬海1号”养殖新品种;发表学术论文136篇,其中SCI收录50篇;获10项授权发明专利、7项实用新型专利;获4项软件著作权,发布6项青岛市地方标准。

主要从事海水养殖生物遗传育种和优良性状分子解析工作。开展中国对虾抗病新品种选育,培育出中国对虾新品种“黄海5号”,其抗WSSV存活时间、收获体重和养殖存活率分别提高了30.10%、32.05%和13.51%。对中国对虾核心育种群体WSSV抗性、生长等优良性状的分子基础解析。首次鉴定并获得了中国对虾几丁质结合蛋白基因等12个WSSV侵染下免疫应答基因的序列特征与时空表达规律;筛选到与WSSV抗性相关联的SNP基因型5个;构建了第一个中国对虾高密度遗传连锁图谱,整合SNP标记12884个,平均间隔0.41cM;确认并定位了WSSV抗性、生长等29个性状的QTL位点。
